Backpacker’s Inn is a warm and welcoming hostel where you will find everything a traveler needs! We are centrally located in the La Mariscal neighborhood; close to all the great bars, shops and restaurants but still quiet and peaceful.
We have three types of rooms: singles, doubles or dorms, with the option of private or shared bathrooms. Our comfortable common area has plenty of chairs and couches for you to relax and hang out in while you watch TV, enjoy our DVD library, or just chat with friends and fellow backpackers! The shared kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with nearly everything you could think of including a microwave, blender and coffee maker.
Free Wifi all over the hostel, in your room and reception! Plus there are computers with internet that guests can use in the lobby. Also free car and bicycle parking.

Directions
The best way to get to Hostal Backpacker’s Inn is by taxi; from the airport it will cost 5-7 USD and from the bus terminal about 3-5 USD. Note that the taxi prices are more expensive at night. Be sure to tell the driver the address (Juan Rodriguez 245 entre Diego de Almagro y Reina Victoria) and negotiate the price before entering the taxi!

This hostel is located right in the center of the Mariscal - the "party area" and it is amazingly clean and friendly (especially for young backpackers). The owner (Yoli - a super nice Swiss lady) is always there to make sure that everybody is enjoying their stay. In the kitchen you can cook your own meals. You will find that socializing is an inseparable part of this hostel’s personality. Near by you will find the best pubs, bar and clubs in Quito. Some of the services offered by this hostel are: book exchange, WiFi, Internet and parking places.
