Bogota B&B-Hostel is located north (20 blocks) of the Candelaria (City center) in a safe neighborhood (Teusaquillo) with many universities. There is public transportation such buses, Transmilenio within short walking distance. Food, minimarket, organic market, bars, bakeries… are all close by.
Our Staff are like family and we hope that you will feel the same when you stay with us. We have many common areas for making friends, a patio for catching some sun, living area with cable TV, Internet, wifi, dvd and hammocks.
Our kitchen has everything you need to make a home cooked meal, we incluye Light breakfast daily in our dinnig area and all day Colombian coffee.
We have been kwon for some great parties but we believe that traveling is about more than “fiestas” and we have a wide variety of information for you to experience something unique.

How to take taxi from Airport / Bus Terminal to Bogota B&B-Hostel
•Go to Taxi Counter, give them address of Bogota B&B-Hostel (Avenida, calle 32 # 15-63).
•You should recieve a printed ticket with cost of taxi ride to Bogota B&B-Hostel. (From Airport to Bogota B&B-Hostel is around $15.000 -$20.000 Colombian pesos, depending on the time and day you arrive / From Bus Terminal to Bogota B&B-Hostel is around $8.000 - $13.000 Colombian pesos).
•A taxi will be asigned to you by workers of the taxi company.
•Give your printed ticket to your assigned taxi driver.
( IT IS GOOD TO KWON ¡!! It is not uncommon that taxi drivers will try and persuade you to another Hotel/Hostel that may give them commisions for bringing customers. We do not advise that you follow their suggestions for your own safety. As your printed ticket is a record for the taxi company to kwon which taxi took you where)
•When you arrive to Bogota B&B-Hostel you are only required to pay the exact amout that is printed on the ticket.
*** PLEASE, ring our door bell, as the Hostel house is big and we won´t hear you knocking.

Had a great time here, everyone that works in the hostel was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Also felt very safe here, would recommend to solo travellers.

The location is good but the dorm room is cold (especially at night) and it is difficult to sleep there from the street noise. Besides Miguel (the hostel manager) did not want to honor the prices posted on the minihostel web site. He said that the REAL price was 25% higher than I had been told by minihostel when I had made my reservation. So he gave me a hassle when I was leaving the hostel.
